How does your school donation program work?

For every PanTreatz machine placed in a school, we donate 10% of annual sales directly back to that school. Funds can be used for supplies, wellness items, or educational tools.

Who decides how the donated money is used?

We provide a report on total earnings, and the administration can choose the best way to apply the funds based on student needs. The administration will provide a wish list and PanTreatz will fill the request.

Is there a cost for schools to participate?

No. We handle the machine placement, stocking, and maintenance — at no cost to the school.

What kind of snacks and drinks do you offer?

We offer a mix of classic favorites, and healthier options.. Selections include but not limited to: chips, cookies, granola bars, candy, and drinks.

Can you customize the items in our machine?

Yes. We can tailor inventory based on location preferences or dietary needs (gluten-free, low-sugar, etc.)

How often are machines restocked?

Machines are restocked regularly based on usage.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All machines accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and tap-to-pay options. No cash required.

What if a machine malfunctions or an item doesn’t dispense?

Each machine has a support contact number for fast resolution. We offer quick response for refunds and same-day or next-day servicing when needed.
